SN-662 is a MONOSOF™ non-absorbable monofilament nylon suture manufactured by Medtronic (formerly Covidien). It is designed for general soft-tissue approximation and ligation, including skin closure and procedures involving cardiovascular, ophthalmic, and neurological tissues. The nylon monofilament construction provides smooth tissue passage, high elasticity, and minimal tissue reactivity.
