Terumo SurGuard®3 is a sterile, single-use safety hypodermic needle designed to help reduce accidental needlestick injuries while providing reliable performance for subcutaneous (SC), intramuscular (IM), and intravenous (IV) injections. It features a hinged safety shield that can be activated using a thumb, finger, or hard surface, allowing clinicians flexibility based on their preferred technique.
